Sharooz is a DJ / producer with a string of releases and remixes under his belt. He has remixed acts such as Moby, Robyn and Kings of Leon, and released on labels such as Fools Gold and Modular. His DJ schedule has taken him all over the world. As a sound designer he has worked with Steinberg, Korg and Arturia. He is a published songwriter signed to Universal Music and EMI, with tracks appearing recently appearing in the Palme D'Or nominated film Rust & Bone. Sharooz is also co-founder of the Beatport-owned Sounds To Sample and Attack Magazine.

DJ, producer and writer, Declan has been involved in all aspects of electronic music for over a decade. With his first ever release on the seminal DFA Records, he’s remixed the likes of Juan MacLean, Black Strobe and Yuksek and regularly DJs in London clubs like Ministry of Sound and XOYO. Former Associate Editor of Future Music and writer for DJ Mag, Resident Advisor, XLR8R, Clash and Computer Music, he’s interviewed and worked with some of the biggest artists in the world at events like ADE, IMS Ibiza and SONAR. Catch him playing disco in venues big and small as part of the Chase the Compass collective
Lukas is a DJ, producer and musician based based in east London. Having graced the decks at clubs such as Ministry of Sound, EGG, and XOYO, as well as having productions playlisted by the likes of Roundhouse Radio, Stoneyroads and Walmar Convenience, he is a connoisseur of everything forward thinking and disco. A Swedish citizen by birth, Lukas likes to cook healthy meals, ride bikes and stay out late in the evenings.

John Kunkel is a producer and composer based out of Los Angeles, California. As the lead singer of the electronic new wave outfit, The New Division, he has produced and released a number of successful records and toured globally. As a sound designer, John has worked extensively with Sample Magic over the years, specifically focusing on retrowave, chillwave and other independent genres. In his spare time he enjoys songwriting, producing other artists, and spending time with family.
Tech Support Manager
Tom is a sound engineer and electronic music enthusiast currently residing in South London. Originally from Yorkshire, Tom moved to London to study for an MSc at the University of Hertfordshire, and subsequently pursue a career in music and technology. As an audio-visual technician, he has been involved in large scale productions for the likes of Slam Dunk Festival South, Enter Shikari and Garage Nation amongst others. Finding his musical calling in techno, Tom can be found tweaking synths, digging for records, learning about analogue photography, or dancing in a club.
Head of Formatting
Niall is a Manchester-born, producer, sound designer and DJ with an obsession for anything bassline-oriented. His musical output has varied from Drum and Bass, Broken Beat, House and 2-Step. He’s had various releases through the distinguished West London distribution company, Goya Music, and has remixed the likes of Toddla T for 1965 Records/SONY Entertainment. He’s also received support and recognition for his productions from Swag, Gilles Peterson, and Benji B, among others.

Of Irish decent, Enda Harte is an enigma. Growing up closely surrounded by electronic music, Enda secured his debut releases at the age of 19. Since then electronic music management and securing results have become an obsession for the young protégé. Now residing at Sample Magic, Enda also manages & runs independent record labels La Bombe & Void Records as well as running his own startup artist management firm, First Order Management.

Matthew Fudge is a multi-instrumentalist and producer from Toronto, Canada. He splits his time between writing and performing with artists around the world and developing music technology. Whether mixing a record, writing a pop song or playing a festival, everything for him is about creating a unique experience. It’s this same philosophy he brings to developing plugins and virtual instruments. Matthew has developed numerous highly regarded virtual instruments such as Sample Magic’s Bloq.
